NEW SIGMA 51" mono deep V

These high power tuned pipes are made from lightweight stainless steel, silicone bronze welded and guaranteed not to crack or breakup. They are very high performance pipes but are also suitable for sport boats and are complete with detailed instructions on getting the best from a tuned pipe. They fit over all the normal 7/8" (22mm) headers.  At the recent World Championships in Slovenia a Zenoah G260PUM powered boat using CS23 pipe was faster than the Quickdraw powered boats and faster than most of the 35cc boats.

CS23  lightweight, high performance, watercooled, stainless steel silenced tuned pipe for Zenoah/Quickdraw 23cc to 27cc engines The front part of the tuned pipe is watercooled but the water does not enter the tuned pipe, it only surrounds the header pipe. The silencer is a low resistance multi-chamber type and with other silencing measures can help to reduce the boat noise to below 82 db.
