engine REED VALVE REAR EXHAUST Racetuned by Dave Marles. THIS IS THE
MOST POWERFUL 27cc TK that you can buy. Watercooled gas marine engine. Very powerful race
modified version with modified sleeve, modified cylinder block,
modified reed valve assembly, low drag seals. with big bore Walbro
1048 carb. starter pulley. This is a real powerhouse with huge amounts of torque and no breakages
of any kind. Race modified version 8.5 bhp at 15,800 rpm and still producing
7 bhp at 19,500 rpm. peak torque of 3.2 ft lb at 13,700rpm. On the water
rpm of 19,000 to 21,000. Modified, gasflowed and retimed cylinder and
cylinder block, lightweight piston, modified squish, modified reed valve
assembly1048 big bore Walbro carb . On water rpm of 19,000 to 21,000 rpm. We test our
engines on 2 dyno's.
