TIGER KING MARINE ENGINES AND SPARES
The new TIGER KING S-27 EVO engine is masterpiece of engineering excellence. Full circle crankshaft with strong steel conrod, slotted at each end for good lubrication, steel meehanite separate liner with CNC ports, cylinder block with full watercooling around the cylinder and exhaust port, solid cast aluminium crankcase with 4 bearings, separate head insert, ceramic coating on the piston crown, lightweight balanced flywheel, custom ignition source coil. Complete with Walbro 257 carb, aluminium insulator block and pullstart.

TK5 TIGER KING S-27 EVO DM  RACETUNED 27cc Petrol engine NEW 2021 Version. Racetuned by Dave Marles.  Watercooled gas marine engine. Very powerful race modified version with modified sleeve, cylinder block,  compression ratio, port timings and port time areas Now with bored and flowed 257 Walbro carb. Eze start type pullstart. We have been racing and testing this engine since August 2013 and it is a real powerhouse with huge amounts of torque and no breakages of any kind. Race modified version  7.62 bhp at 14,700 rpm and still producing 5.9 bhp at 19,000 rpm. peak torque of 2.98 ft lb at 13,500rpm. On the water rpm of 19,000 to 21,000.  Modified, gasflowed and retimed cylinder and cylinder block, modified piston, modified squish, modified induction port and timing and bored out 257 Walbro carb .  On water rpm of 19,000 to 21,000 rpm. ZTK519  ZTK519 Improved BIG BORE CARB KIT AND ALUMINIUM 90 degree INSULATOR BLOCK to fit Zenoah , Tiger King, RCMK and other motors. 1/2 bhp more power than an engine using a Walbro1048 or bored out 257carb. This is a REAL 15.5mm big bore carb with an  insulator block that rotates the carb 90 degrees.  This 15.5mm bore carb has no butterfly and so has far better flow figures than a normal bored out Walbro carb. This carb has an aluminium barrel for strength plus it has a new top cover with anodised aluminium ramp to remove any wearing problems that usually occur on this type of carb. The kit comprises modified big bore carb, insulator block and gasket and is a direct replacement for the original insulator block and butterfly type carb (644 or 257)
