TUNED PIPE SILENCING

Baffle 'A' and 'B' are tight fitting into the silencer tube and the holes are positioned on opposing sides. The distance between the end of the stinger and the baffle 'A' and the baffle 'B' and end of tube 'C' are critical. The number and size of the holes in the baffles is extremely critical to get the balance between low noise emission and good power. On the 15cc and 25 cc pipes there is an additional baffle between A and B with one single large hole in it. We have tried more simple and more complicated silencing systems but this particular type of silencer works well. Relatively easy to make and effective.
