Octura and MBP surface drive
props for RC racing and sports model boats. Fast
Electric Octura surface drive propellers are listed here as are the
bigger Octura propellers for nitro and gas
radio control deepV R-C Model Boats. Fast electrics in Mono 1
and Mono2 classes will all
run best with Octura propellers. Octura props are made
of beryllium copper which is a tough type of bronze and they
are specially shaped for surface use with square cut trailing
edges and various rakes and pitches. They need to be balanced and
sharpened. Prestwich Models can do this work. All Octura props are
plain bore with a drive dog slot. We also keep most other Octura
props such as 14 and 16 series which are high lift props usually
used on riggers.
